I'm Don Smith — a husband, father, and driven professional with over a decade of experience in the fitness industry. For me, success has never been just about business. It's about building something meaningful that supports my family, strengthens my community, and reflects the values I live by every day.

Family is my foundation. Everything I pursue is rooted in providing stability, opportunity, and a strong example for my children. I believe in showing up consistently, working with integrity, and finishing what I start. Those same principles guide the way I lead, serve clients, and grow my business.

Professionally, I've spent more than 10 years leading facilities, maintaining operations, and repairing and optimizing fitness equipment. I've built my reputation on reliability, problem-solving, and a commitment to excellence. I don't cut corners, and I don't believe in "good enough." When I take something on, I see it through — and I make sure it's done right.
